All of our classes are designed with layers, making them suitable for beginner to advanced.
Our instructors will guide you with different spring choices and modifications so you can do what's suitable to for you and your body.

Bookings, purchasing and memberships are all managed in our Bloom App - just download, create your account and you're ready to go.

You'll need a pair of grip socks and if you like a water bottle.
Grip socks are available to purchase at the studio if you need a pair or forget yours.

Arrive 5-10 minutes before your first class is due to start, that way our instructor can give you an introduction to the reformer.
Wear comfortable activewear and your grip socks.

If a class is fully booked, it will be ‘waitlisted’. You can join the waitlist and if a spot becomes available, you will be added to the class and notified.
The waitlist will close 1 hour prior to a class starting.

You must be over 18 years to attend.

If you are feeling comfortable and your pregnancy is unproblematic - classes are suitable for pregnancy up till 14 weeks.
Past 14 weeks, we will require medical consent and you must advise your instructor at the beginning of a class if you're expecting.
With modifications, our Reformer class is suitable up to the 3rd trimester and are amazing for pregnancy.

You have 7 hours before your class is due to start to move or cancel. If you can't make it to your booked class, or you cancel your booking within 7 hours of the class starting, you will loose that class credit, or if you’re on an Unlimited Membership, you’ll be charged a $10 cancellation fee.
Any modifications or cancellations to your bookings must be made via the Bloom App, we don't accept changes via DMs or email.

We don’t want you to leave but if you decide to, you can cancel your membership at anytime. We just need two weeks notice.
Simply send us an email with your cancellation request.
