Bloom Pilates Memberships; Duo, Trio and Unlimited are weekly auto payments using your selected payment method, credit/debit card or bank account. Payments and your weekly cycle commence from your date of purchase. Your weekly cycle days can be amended on request after sign up.
Duo Memberships are 2 classes valid for 7 days. Each payment cycle, your account will be credited with 2 classes, these do not roll over to the following week if not used in the 7 day period. Any additional classes over your 2 per week credit can be purchased from our casual classes.
Trio Memberships are 3 classes valid for 7 days. Each payment cycle, your account will be credited with 3 classes, these do not roll over to the following week if not used in the 7 day period. Any additional classes over your 3 per week credit can be purchased from our casual classes.
Unlimited Memberships are unlimited classes each week.
All classes are not transferable, or refundable. All memberships purchased are non-refundable and non-transferrable between clients.
MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION: Memberships will continue with scheduled auto payments until cancellation. To cancel you must provide 14 days notice via our Bloom App messenger or Email to hello@bloompilates.com.au. Any outstanding amounts must be finalised before cancellation and your membership payments will continue for the 14 day notice period, you may use your membership as per normal during the cancellation notice period.
Payments will be charged/debited weekly to your nominated credit card/bank account. If your weekly payment declines due to card issues, insufficient funds, expiry etc. (without prior written notice), a dishonour fee of $10.00 can be charged. Your payment attempt will be re-run 3 times in the days after your failed payment. If your account payment does not process after the 3rd attempt, your membership will be cancelled, and all current scheduled classes will also be cancelled. A debt collection agency will be engaged if your membership fees are not paid in full.
Memberships can be placed on hold with 7 days written notice, holds can be 1 week per hold but no more than 4 weeks in a calendar year.
Class cancellation window is 7 hours before your scheduled class time. If you fail to arrive for your class, or cancel within the 7 hour window, you will forfeit your class credit. If you are on an Unlimited Membership and fail to arrive to a booked class or cancel within the 7 hour window you will be changed a $10.00 fee. Please ensure you check in with the class instructor to avoid an incorrect charge.
Any class bookings, rescheduling or cancellations must be done on your Bloom account through the Bloom Pilates Boutique App or logged in to your account on the Momence website.
